We will work with your criteria of income requirements, credit scores, and references. If you currently are having tenants not paying rent, we have experience with the eviction process. 

Tenant Calls

Being a landlord is not a 9-5 job. We will provide efficient and timely repairs for your tenant to keep them satisfied and keep turn over rates low. An emergency situation happens to both you and your tenant. It is important to be understanding of the situation and help remedy the problem as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Building Maintenance

We will handle the preventative maintenance and repair issues to keep your property functioning at top condition. We have relationships with reliable vendors for those issues requiring a skilled professional. This upkeep aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new tenants.
